It’s a hard question to answer due to the fact, Stefan and Elena, are now two different people, who have done so much. In all honesty though admitting your feelings to you “brother” is always the first step. Hopefully Stefan has truly realized what he could lose in Elena because she is going to make it hard for him to even return close to her heart. So maybe, or maybe not…I will always be a Stelena lover ;-*.
